Your data

Delete your data

You can delete your Satat account and everything in it at any time. No email thread, no retention offer, no waiting on support.

Delete it yourself

Sign in, open workspace settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and you can export your content first if you want a copy. Deletion begins immediately.

If you cannot sign in — a lost password, a disconnected email — write to pratham@napdesigns.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you. We may ask you to confirm ownership first, because an unverified deletion request is itself a security risk.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile.
  • Every workspace you own, along with its brand profile, brand kit, content pillars and guardrails.
  • All content: scans, strategies, calendar slots, scripts, captions, and every rendered image and video, including the files themselves in storage.
  • Job records, credit ledger history beyond what tax law requires us to keep, and audit entries.
  • Your connected platform tokens, which are also revoked at the platform rather than merely deleted on our side — so Satat loses access to your Instagram, Facebook or other accounts at the same moment.

What we keep, and why

Invoices and payment records. Indian tax law requires us to retain them for a fixed period, and we cannot delete them on request. They contain billing details only — no content, no platform tokens, no audience data.

What we cannot delete

Posts already published to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or anywhere else stay on those platforms. They belong to your account there, not to Satat, and deleting your Satat account does not remove them. Delete those posts on the platform itself, before or after closing your account here.

How long it takes

Database records and storage files are removed within 30 days of the request. Platform tokens are revoked immediately. Encrypted backups roll off on their own schedule and are never restored selectively to bring deleted data back.

Removing a single connected account

You do not have to delete everything to disconnect one platform. In workspace settings, disconnect the account — the token is revoked at the platform and removed here, and nothing further is published to it. Content already scheduled to that account stops.

If something goes wrong

Write to pratham@napdesigns.com. If we do not resolve it, you can raise it with our grievance officer, Pratham, at pratham@napdesigns.com, and after that with the Data Protection Board of India.
